Start a Return: Contact our Customer Support team at cs@cloverli.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and a brief reason for the return.
Receive a Return Label: After approval, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label.
Pack & Ship: Securely pack your items, attach the return label, and drop them off at the nearest shipping location.
Method of Refund: Refunds are processed to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process.
Please note that refunds can take up to 7-15 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you used our prepaid return label, a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we’ll assist with a replacement or refund.
Condition: New, unworn, and unwashed merchandise may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
Proof of Purchase: Returns must include proof of purchase.
Original Condition: Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and liners still attached. For items without tags, please return with the original packaging.
Final Sale Items: Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

Discretionary Return Assessment:
All returns are assessed individually to ensure items meet our standards, including that they are unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition.
Cloverli reserves the right to determine eligibility for a return or refund, based on the item’s condition upon return. Fraud Prevention and Return Abuse

Cloverli monitors for potential policy abuse to protect against fraud or excessive returns. Excessive or unreasonable return behavior may lead to rejection of future transactions or returns.
Return Rejections: Returns may be declined if there is evidence of return abuse, policy misuse, or if items do not meet the specified return conditions.
Extended Refunds and Special Cases
Beyond 30 Days: Returns made beyond 30 days from purchase or without proof of purchase are at Cloverli’s discretion. In such cases, approved refunds will be issued as store credit on a Cloverli gift card.
Local Law Compliance:
In instances where applicable local laws dictate otherwise, refunds may be provided according to those legal requirements.
