You can track your order through the Shipment Notification Emails.

Please be aware that if your order items are shipped separately, you may receive multiple Shipment Notification Emails.

If you notice no activity or movement on the tracking page for more than 5 business days, please reach out to Customer Service for assistance.

We understand that carrier issues and delays can occur from time to time. In some cases, carriers may mark a package as “Delivered” when
it is still in transit, and it could take up to four additional business days for the package to be physically delivered.

If your order shows as “Delivered” but you have not yet received it after 4 business days, please double-check your delivery area and
surrounding locations. If you still cannot find the package, contact Customer Service for assistance.

Please note that CLOVERLI is not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If you believe your package was mis-delivered,
we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier.

At this time, we are unable to offer reshipments or exchanges for missing packages. If needed, a new order can be placed using the funds
from the returned package.

If the tracking information for your order shows no updates or movement for more than 5 business days, please reach out to Customer Service, and we will help investigate the issue.

Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Processing times may vary depending on order volume and warehouse capabilities and are not guaranteed. Orders placed after 11 am EST on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday

Orders under $100* = $14 Shipping

Delivery Time: 2 – 10 Business Days

Orders delivering to East Coast Provinces, BC, Alberta, Manitoba & Territories, Saskatchewan NWT, Nunavut and Yukon are subject to
$20 delivery fee.

International shipments will be processed via DHL, Canada Post International, or FedEx, depending on your location and available services.

Please be aware that international orders may incur import duties, taxes, and administrative fees, all of which are the responsibility of the
customer (the importer). Cloverli does not cover these charges.

To avoid unexpected fees, we recommend checking your country’s De Minimis Value, which sets the threshold for duty-free shipments. If
your order exceeds this value, you may be required to pay import duties, taxes, and any applicable handling fees.
